Vaggione Properties was established in 1979 with the idea of building and remodeling homes owned by local folks such as yourselves. We look for value when selecting those who work for us while at the same time maintaining quality.

We enjoy working with classic designs whether it be remodeling of a kitchen, digging of a basement or the construction of new home. We provide full design and drafting services. We do both turnkey projects, project management and supply guidance to owner builders.

The owners will born in Santa Clara Valley and worked their entire lives here. We know what folks such as yourselves want and who to provide it.
